City Homes Realty is without doubt the best realty company that I have ever worked with. Unfortunately my mother passed, and her "will" needed to be probated in Queens Surrogate court, which can take a long time. I reside in the state of California. The City Homes Group professionally handle everything. Their knowledge of the "market" was unmatched. Their dedication to me was like working along side a family member. They keep me up to date almost daily as needed. Found a buyer for the home in one day. Their negotiations skills cannot be matched. Worked with buyers financial institution, buyers lawyer, probate lawyers, and city building departments .When minor improvements were needed to be completed they sent a team to the house to do the work the same day .
